Roofing Work We Do
Most calls we get start with a storm. A section of shingles is gone, there is a stain on the ceiling, or the gutters are bent and pulling away. We handle storm damage repair, roof repair, roof inspections, roof replacement and gutters for homeowners. We also take on commercial roof repair and commercial roof replacement for small buildings in the area.

Roof Replacement
Full tear-off and new roof system for your home, with the decking checked, the price written out line by line and the yard cleaned before we go.

Roof Repair
We trace leaks to where they start and fix shingles, flashing, pipe boots and soft decking, with photos and a written estimate before any work begins.

Roof Inspections
We walk your roof, photograph the shingles, flashing and vents, and tell you plainly whether to leave it, repair it or plan ahead.

Storm Damage Repair
We find hail and wind damage, cover any openings, and repair shingles, flashing and vents, with photos and a written estimate for your insurer.

Gutters
Seamless gutter installs, gutter repairs and downspout work that move roof water away from your home's foundation, fascia and siding.

Commercial Roof Replacement
New TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen or metal roofs for shops, offices and warehouses, planned so your business keeps running during the work.

Commercial Roof Repair
Leak tracing and repair for flat, low-slope and metal roofs on shops, offices and small commercial buildings, with photos of what we found.
What Moves the Price of a Roof Job
No two roofs price out the same. We don't name a number until we've been up there and seen what we're working with. These are the things that push the cost up or down.
You get a written estimate with each item on its own line, so you can see where the money goes. If we find something new once the roof is open, we stop and talk it over with you before doing extra work.
- Size and pitch
- A bigger roof takes more material and more hours. Steep slopes need harnesses, roof jacks and slow, careful footing, and that adds time compared to a roof you can walk.
- What's under the shingles
- Once the old shingles come off, we sometimes find soft or rotted decking, mostly where a leak sat for a while. Any wood that needs replacing goes on the estimate as its own line, and we show you photos first.
- Material you pick
- Standard architectural shingles, impact-rated shingles and metal each cost a different amount. We explain how each one holds up to hail and wind so you can choose.
- How many roofs are already up there
- It's not unusual to find a second roof nailed right over the first. Stripping both down to the deck means extra labor and a bigger load to haul away.
- Flashing, vents and gutters
- Chimney flashing, pipe boots, roof vents and gutters all take a hit in a storm. Replacing them along with the roof adds to the cost, but it beats leaving a weak spot behind.
- Permits and timing
- Some jobs need a permit, and that fee goes in the estimate. After a big storm, material supply and crew schedules can also change how soon we start.
Why Homeowners Call Us After a Storm
After a storm, the hard part is knowing what to do first. We keep it simple and take it one step at a time.
We stop the water first
If your roof is open, we cover it before anything else. A tarp or a quick temporary patch keeps rain out of the attic and off your ceilings while the real repair gets planned.
Photos of everything we see
We climb up, look at every slope and take pictures. You see the bruised shingles, the lifted tabs and the dented vents for yourself, so you are not just taking our word for it.
Over 20 years of combined roofing experience
Our crew brings over 20 years of combined roofing experience to every job. That time on roofs helps us tell real storm damage from normal wear, which matters when you are deciding whether to file a claim.
Repair when it will hold
Plenty of storm damage can be fixed without a new roof. If a repair will last, we say so. If the roof is too far gone, we explain why and show you.
Lifetime workmanship warranty
Our work is backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty. If a part of the job we installed gives out because of our workmanship, fixing it is on us.
How a Roof Job Runs With Us
Here is what to expect from your first phone call to the day we haul off the last load.
- 1
You call and tell us what happened
Tell us about the storm, the leak or the damage you can see. If water is getting in, we talk about covering it first.
- 2
We inspect and take photos
We go over the roof, the gutters and the attic if needed. You get pictures and a plain explanation of what we found.
- 3
You get a written estimate
We lay out the repair or replacement line by line. If you are filing with insurance, we explain how our findings line up with what the adjuster will check, but the adjuster decides your claim.
- 4
We do the work and clean up
Before tear-off, we cover shrubs and protect the yard. Then we strip the old roof, replace any bad decking and put on the new roof or repair. At the end of every work day we sweep the grass and the drive with a nail magnet, and the old shingles get hauled away.
- 5
We walk it with you
When the job is done, we go over what was replaced and show you the finished work. You know exactly what is on your home.

About Purcell Roofing Pros
Purcell Roofing Pros is a small roofing outfit serving houses in Purcell and the towns nearby. Spring hail and hard wind come with living in central Oklahoma, so a lot of our calls come in the days after a storm passes.
We keep things simple. We get on the roof before we talk money, we show you what we found, and we tell you straight when a repair is enough. When you call, you reach someone who knows roofs and can tell you what comes next.
One more thing. After a big storm, door knockers show up and push people to sign on the spot. Don't let anyone rush you. Have the roof looked at, ask your questions, and make the call when you're ready.

Questions Homeowners Ask Us
- A storm just went through. What should I do first?
- Look for water inside, like ceiling stains, drips or wet insulation in the attic. Stay off the roof yourself. Take photos of any damage you can see from the ground, then give us a ring so we can come look and cover any open spots.
- Will my insurance pay for a new roof?
- That comes down to what your policy covers and what the adjuster sees on your roof. Before you file, we inspect, take photos and tell you plainly what we found. We are not your adjuster, but we can meet them on the day they come out and point to the damage.
- Do I need a new roof, or can it be repaired?
- Many storm-damaged roofs only need a section of shingles, a few vents or some new flashing. When hail has bruised shingles on nearly every slope, or the shingles were already worn thin and curling before the storm, a new roof usually makes more sense. We show you the photos and tell you which way we'd go and why.
- How do I avoid getting taken by a storm chaser?
- Do not sign anything the same day someone knocks on your door. Ask for a written estimate with line items, ask to see photos of the damage, and make sure you can reach the company after the job. A local roofer will still be around if a problem shows up later.
- What warranty comes with your work?
- We back our work with a lifetime workmanship warranty. That covers how we install your roof. Shingles and other materials carry their own coverage from the maker, and we explain how that works when we go over your estimate.
- Will you fix my gutters too?
- Yes. Hail dents gutters and wind can pull them loose from the fascia. We can repair or replace them along with your roof work, or as a separate job.
- Do you work on commercial buildings?
- Yes. We handle commercial roof repair and commercial roof replacement for small buildings in and around Purcell. The process is much the same: we inspect, show you what we found and give you a written estimate.
