After that, you get an honest answer. Sometimes the fix is a few new shingles and a fresh pipe boot. Sometimes the decking has gone soft and a full roof replacement is the better call. And sometimes nothing up there needs work, and we say so. If you plan to file a claim, we walk you through how it usually goes and hand over our photos and notes. Coverage is the adjuster's decision. Our part is getting the damage on record clearly.

If water is getting in, we cover the damaged spot with a tarp once it is safe to get up there. That keeps ceilings and insulation dry while you think about repairs.
Written, line-item estimates
Every estimate lists labor and materials separately. You can see what moves the price, like rotted decking or an extra layer of old shingles to tear off, and ask about any line before you decide.
No signing on the spot
We do not ask you to sign anything on the roof or at the door. Take the estimate, talk it over and get a second opinion if you want one.
A clean yard when we leave
We protect plants, AC units and the driveway during the job. At the end we run a magnet over the lawn for stray nails and haul off the old material.
